I was so impressed by all of the precautions your practice has taken during the COVID-19 outbreak. As a senior, I have been strictly following the county health guidelines. I was reassured by the detailed communications your office sent in advance of my appointment, and I felt completely safe during my appointment. Thank you for your diligence!

It was our kids first appointment since January. Kids loved the dentist experience but most importantly there was excellent safety measures put into place as a result of COVID-19 that was reassuring. Additional, always great care and attention given for the dental checkup.

Each time I have an appointment with Los Gatos Family Dentistry, I am super happy I chose this office to provide my dental care. Dr. Phan is an amazing dentist and she is very patient. She answers all your questions and does wonderful work. Thank you Dr. Phan! Donna the receptionist, is also a joy to work with. The entire office is very modern and extremely well run. I highly recommend Dr. Phan and staff for anyone looking for a dentist in the Los Gatos area.

Doctor Phan saw me on a Sunday morning to repair two chipped teeth. Not only was she gracious enough to me on a Sunday and very short notice, but she did an excellent job of repairing the chipped teeth and they look better than before.

My wife and I went in for a regular cleaning and check up. We took our 4 yr old with us. The staff entertained our daughter while we were in the dentist chair. Dr. Phan did the cleaning herself and took the time to discuss aspects of the cleaning and also have a good, friendly conversation. Great atmosphere - a real family dentistry.

Dr. Phan and her team are always professional, attentive and surprisingly gentle. My last few visits (a cleaning and subsequent fillings) were virtually painless; Dr. Phan is patient, communicative, and simply does outstanding work. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Absolutely awesome dentist and team! Dr. Phan is incredibly thorough and communicative. My kids and I are all super comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Phan is experienced, honest, and very easy to trust. She has never once been pushy of products/services and is extremely sensible in her recommendation for care. I believe the team at Los Gatos Family Dentistry are intent on looking out for my family's wellbeing (never - in about 10 years of treatment - have I ever gotten the this-is-a-sales-business vibe!). Shout out to Donna as well - she is consistently friendly and treats everyone with warmth and a familiarity.

The best dentistry I've ever visited! Everyone there is friendly and kind. Dr. Phan is the best dentist! She is very kind to her patients and is works thoroughly and carefully. She is also very professional. I have had a big dentist phobia, but Dr. Phan helped me overcome it. I trust her a lot and am very, very happy to have her as the dentist for my whole family! Newly relocated to the area and tasked with finding new healthcare providers including dentists. Did my due diligence and Los Gatos Family Dentistry kept rising to the top of the ratings. Set the appointment, which was simple and they got me in pretty quickly. Visited the facility and was seriously pleased with the overall experience. Warm welcome, the obligatory paperwork was straightforward. X-ray tech was professional and efficient. Cleaning was done super efficient and most importantly, painlessly ( a first for me in over 40 years of dental visits). Teeth were polished with an actually pleasant tasting polish. All my X-rays were fully explained and tips for better dental care were covered. No pressure for other services (special electric brushes, teeth whitening...). Overall a great experience and would highly recommend them.
3rd visit and they are as good as the first time there. Highly recommend.

Love Dr Phan and her practice! Easy to schedule appointments, both regularly scheduled checkups and on demand, with email and text reminders. Entire staff makes you and your comfort a priority for all procedures including X-rays, cleaning, whitening, and crowns. Dr Phan is easy to talk to and I appreciate her explanations in easy to understand terms. She is good for the whole family too - my kids starting seeing her at 2 years old, with easy starter appointments to get them comfortable then onto regular checkups. Donna takes care of all the insurance paperwork and easy to work with when you need to reschedule appointments.

I love Dr. Phan!
She is the first dentist that I've been to and continue to go back to. I have lots of teeth issues and really need to have a consistent dentist and I've finally found one who CARES. That is my biggest issue with Dentists in the past is that they don't seem to genuinely care. I have very sensitive teeth and gums and have a low tolerance for pain. This makes me out to be not the easiest patient to work on - but Dr. Phan is very empathetic and does everything she can to make sure that I'm not too terribly uncomfortable. She is patient and very thorough and lets me make my own decisions on what I have done and when. I greatly appreciate her and her whole staff and would recommend her to anyone who asks. :-)

Even though I live way north of this place and probably pass 100 dentists on my way south, it is totally worth the drive. I give them 5 stars because I trust them. The doctor takes her time with each patient, openly giving you her opinion as well as showing you x-rays and pictures (on the spot) to help you better understand what's going on. She only recommends treatment that you really need. On my last visit I had to get a filling, the procedure went great and it was painless, definitely my most comfortable filling.
During my filling they gave me a headset playing whatever i liked, it helped take my mind off my nervousness, but there was no need. I convinced my wife to change dentists also so now both of us see Dr. Phan and will continue doing so!

Dr. Phan is a WONDERFUL dentist! She took her time and made sure that everything was done properly and done very thoroughly with me! She even let my son, who is only 15 months old, sit on my lap at one point so that he could start getting used to being in the chair. She even gave him a special little toothbrush just for him, counted his teeth, and took a digital picture of his 13 teeth! I was very impressed with her digital x-rays and digital pictures! It really gave me peace of mind to know that she has everything saved and that if I had to go another dentist, we can compare things very easily if necessary.
I was visiting family in the area when I went to see her and she came very highly recommended! Even though I live about 6 hours away by car, I will be trying to visit my family every 6 months, just so that I can see her and not have to go see someone else. I can not say how much I actually enjoyed my dentist experience which is saying a lot since I had avoided a dentist for almost 3 years!!! I will be going to Dr. Phan as often as my family visits allow!
